AdVani is a software company based in Sint-Andries, on the outskirts of Bruges. They specialise in services and software development for service voucher businesses such as cleaning services, handyman services, and ironing ateliers.
They also focus on delivering efficient, ready-to-use solutions that help those businesses streamline their operations. AdVani’s approach is built on fair pricing, strong client relationships, and custom software. The Challenge
AdVani asked us to renew their existing mobile application: D-plan. This app required a software update and a more visually appealing interface in order to enhance the user experience. The goal of this exercise was to improve communication between headquarters and the household staff, making their interactions more efficient and transparent. Our job was to translate those needs into a modern, user-friendly
The Solution
Concerning the updated mobile application, we integrated with D-plan's existing API and refreshed all functionalities through a more modern design and an improved customer journey.
Branding
We gave AdVani’s branding a complete makeover, creating a fresh and contemporary look that aligns with their identity.
Scheduling
Both office staff and household assistants can easily check their schedules for the upcoming days via a clearly structured calendar. In addition, the app allows users to request and manage their leaves of absence, simplifying the administrative overview.
Messaging module
To further strengthen all communication between headquarters and the household assistants, we introduced a messaging module. It resulted in faster and more efficient interactions on a centralised platform.
Time Registration
With one single tap, household staff can now log their working hours. They can start a timer upon arrival at their client’s location and subsequently stop it once the job is completed.
Those records are automatically synchronised with the back office, streamlining administrative processing in turn.
Managed Release
We took the burden off AdVani’s shoulders by guaranteeing a smooth transition from the old to the new application. Furthermore, we made sure D-plan met all app store requirements, and we handled the entire publishing process – from preparation to launch.
The Results
